Immediate support: 24/7 crisis line
If you are in danger or need immediate support outside of our office hours, our crisis line is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
You will be connected to a trained advocate who can provide immediate safety planning and support.
Main office and community hub
Our hub at 12 Elizabeth Street, Timaru is a visible and welcoming space for anyone seeking advice, resources, or advocacy. You are welcome to walk in during these times to speak with a member of our team.

Appointments and programs
While we welcome walk-ins, some of our specialised services such as Adult Education groups operate by appointment.
Public holidays
Our main office is generally closed on public holidays, including South Canterbury Anniversary Day and national holidays. However, our 24/7 Crisis Line remains fully operational every day of the year, including Christmas and New Year.
